1. Technical support and maintenance services: We recommend that after purchasing or installing the equipment, you immediately register the product online, or fill out the product warranty card, take a photo and email it to our company. You must fill in all your user information to ensure your own rights.
2. Warranty period:
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase or shipping.
If a product malfunctions under normal use by the customer and is identified as a problem with the product itself, our company will be responsible for repairs within the warranty period.
The warranty is limited to the product itself, accessories are not covered by the warranty.
3. Product warranty period:
One-year warranty: The date the main unit is shipped is the starting date of the warranty.
Warranty periods exceeding one year are the responsibility of the distributor.
Consumables are not covered by the warranty.
4. Non-warranty:
If the company determines that the following factors are involved, the company will not provide warranty even within the warranty period. The company will have the right to charge fees at its own discretion or refuse to accept the application.

The owner retains responsibility for all repair products until they reach YAKOS65. Shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
The warranty does not cover shipping costs, so if warranty repair is required, the customer must bear the shipping costs or have the contracted warranty company handle it for you.
Within the warranty period
No need to pay maintenance fees for replacement parts and repairs.
The product is delivered to our company, and the freight is borne by the customer.
The company will bear the freight for returning the product to the customer after repair.
Out of warranty period
Replacement of parts and repairs require a maintenance fee.
If replacement parts are not available, modification costs will apply after three years form the date of purchase or shipping.
